Kenyan Travel Agency grew from one family connected across Kenya and the Netherlands. That personal bond is the foundation of every journey we create.
Our story
The Ngari family consists of mother Milicent, father Lazarus, three sons and five daughters. Father Lazarus worked as an engineer and passed away several years ago. Mother Milicent continues to run the family farm.
Faith, togetherness and hard work are central to the family. Through dedication and discipline, the children received a good education and each found their own path, in Kenya or abroad. We bring those same values — care, responsibility and hospitality — to our service.
Kenyan Travel Agency was founded by Catherine Ngari, Marcel Bossink and Wilfred Ngari. Together they combine local knowledge in Kenya with personal guidance from the Netherlands.
Catherine grew up in Kenya as one of the five daughters of the Ngari family. She studied administration, management and organisation. She now lives in the Netherlands with Marcel and works in logistics. Her understanding of both cultures helps us guide travellers personally and clearly.
Marcel is from the Netherlands and has a broad background in administration, management, logistics, landscaping and ICT. Within Kenyan Travel Agency, he focuses on organisation, customer contact and the connection between the Netherlands and Kenya.
Wilfred is the eldest son of the Ngari family and lives in Kenya. He studied hospitality and tourism and works as a storage manager in a large hotel. His local network, organisational talent and communication skills support the delivery of our journeys in Kenya.
